After spending time studying and training in accounting in Vietnam, I, as a Lao national, have continuously strived to adapt to the new environment and enhance my knowledge.
Despite facing many challenges, especially language barriers, I have always considered them as motivation to push myself forward every day. I believe that every difficulty is an opportunity for growth, and it is through these obstacles that I have become more determined to learn, gain experience, and refine my skills. Beyond mastering professional knowledge, I have also made an effort to understand Vietnamese culture, work practices, and mindset to integrate more effectively. Throughout this journey, I never allow myself to be discouraged but instead remain focused on becoming the best version of myself—a capable, resilient, and confident individual ready to seize future opportunities.
